Deployment - Mirror Mode
- Deploy AppSentinels Edge Controller in TAP mode.
- From the Tap device (i.e, a VPC/Tap port or a WAF supporting TAP) AppSentinels Edge gets HTTP traffic post decryption.
- As AppSentinels is processing copy of a packet, there’s no impact to Application Scale, Availability or Latency.
- AppSentinels take action on IP’s or Users via integrations with other inline devices like a FW, an API Gateway or a WAF.
